Let’s face it – once you’re in college, sleep becomes non-existent. It’s almost like a distant memory, and this is especially true during midterms and finals week. It is super important to incorporate sleep into your schedule in order to keep you sharp. We know that some of you might fall into such a deep slumber that you miss your classes, but hey, no judgment here. After all, we’ve done it as well.
Our only advice is to avoid all-nighters, but instead schedule a hard cap for a study session. For example, schedule a 2-hour study session and focus on the part of the topic you’re struggling with, instead of trying to cram the entire subject. Quality over quantity.
