Resident Assistants are simultaneously the frontline and backbone of the Residence Life experience. RAs assist students on a daily basis by being a resource and guide for academics, social, or personal topics, all the while being a student themselves!
It’s a selfless job that requires incredible dedication and love, and as the pandemic rages on, their job has become a bit more complex.
DRM would like to show their appreciation by dedicating this post to all the RAs across the nation. It is not an easy position to be in, I know because I was an RA for three years, so keep up the great work. Always speak to your Community Director if you’re feeling overwhelmed. It’s a team effort!
